Janet has more than 30 years of experience supporting programs that serve at-risk youth and adults. Her career was primarily in leadership roles in workforce development, education, and training programs, including Job Corps. This includes proposal and grant writing at the federal, state, and local levels. Janet was an independent contractor responsible for writing federal proposals for small business entities. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.
