Nicole King, M.S.

Incoming Executive Director
Nicole King brings more than 20 years of leadership experience advancing services for children and families across the Treasure Coast and throughout Florida. Her career has focused on strengthening community systems that improve access to healthcare, early learning, behavioral health, and family support services for vulnerable populations. Prior to joining Little Lights Dentistry, Nicole served as Program Manager for the Children’s Services Council of Martin County, where she oversaw community investments supporting children and families. Throughout her career, she has led nonprofit organizations, developed innovative funding strategies, strengthened community partnerships, and guided initiatives focused on measurable outcomes and long-term impact. Nicole holds both a Master of Science in Family, Child Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Florida State University. She is deeply passionate about improving children’s health and believes every child deserves access to compassionate, high-quality dental care regardless of financial circumstances. A longtime advocate for children and families, Nicole has also served in numerous community leadership roles, including Chair of the 0–5 System of Care and Chair of the Oral Health Coalition. She is committed to expanding Little Lights Dentistry’s impact across the community through collaboration, innovation, and servant leadership.
